【摘要】 脑卒中是包含出血性和梗死性脑血管病等的临床综合症状，脑卒中后肢体肌张力升高是脑血管病患者最常见的并发症之一，常继发引起患者的身心损伤。目前临床中西医治疗脑卒中后肢体肌张力增高的方法多种多样，积极合理有效的治疗可大幅缓解患者症状，改善患者预后。本文就近几年中西医治疗脑卒中后肢体肌张力增高的研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] Stroke is a comprehensive clinical symptom including hemorrhagic and infarct cerebrovascular disease. The increased limb muscle tone after stroke is one of the most common complications of cerebrovascular disease， which often leads to physical and mental injury. At present， there are various clinical methods of Chinese and western medicine to treat the increased limb muscle tone after stroke， and active， reasonable and effective treatment can greatly alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the recent progress of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of increased limb muscle tone after stroke.
