【摘要】 虫螨腈农药是一种新型杀虫、杀螨剂，其通过影响线粒体氧化磷酸化，使生物体能量生成障碍起到杀虫作用。近年来，随着虫螨腈农药的广泛使用，虫螨腈中毒患者数量也呈上升趋势，中毒早期无特异性表现，迟发性加重常见，致死率极高，目前尚无标准的治疗方案。本文主要从急性虫螨腈中毒的机制、临床表现、治疗现状进行阐述，为该病的临床治疗提供一定的参考。

    [Abstract] Chlorfenapyr pesticide is a new insecticidal and acaricidal agent. It can affect the oxidative phosphorylation of mitochondria and inhibit the energy production of organisms. In recent years， with the widespread use of chlorfenapyr pesticide， the number of chlorfenapyr poisoning patients is also on the rise. There is no specific manifestation in the early stage of poisoning， delayed aggravation is common， and the fatality is very high. Currently， there is no standard treatment plan. In this paper， the mechanism， clinical manifestations and treatment status of acute chlorfenapyr poisoning are discussed， providing some reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
