脉搏波传导速度与动脉硬化的关系

     【摘要】 目前临床用于筛查动脉硬化的主要方式有血管造影技术、血管内超声技术和脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)测量技术。冠状动脉造影术、血管内超声技术因其有创,费用较高,操作复杂等特点,难以将其作为常规检查项目。而PWV测量技术通过检测脉搏波,可以评估血管的弹性,观察脉搏波的强度、形态、节律等外在表现形式,提取脉搏波信号传递的丰富特征,分析掌握疾病的相关信息。针对目前PWV相关研究,做出系统综述。

    [Abstract] At present, the main clinical methods for screening arteriosclerosis include angiography, intravascular ultrasound and pulse wave velocity (PWV) measurement. Coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound are difficult to be used as routine examination because of their invasive, expensive and complicated operation. By detecting pulse wave, PWV measurement technology can evaluate the elasticity of blood vessels, observe the intensity, shape, rhythm and other external manifestations of pulse wave, extract the rich characteristics of pulse wave signal transmission, and analyze and master the relevant information of diseases.
