【摘要】 随着医疗水平的发展，抗肿瘤治疗方法不断改进，肿瘤患者生存期明显延长，与此同时，越来越多的抗肿瘤治疗方法对心脏的毒性也被发现，使人们对抗肿瘤治疗相关心脏毒性的认识逐渐提升，临床兴趣日益浓厚，但由于学科交叉的原因仍存在认知不充分情况。本文对常见抗肿瘤治疗致心脏毒性的表现、机制、预防和治疗进行了梳理和总结。

    [Abstract] With the development of medical technology， anti-tumor treatment methods continue to improve， and the survival period of tumor patients is significantly prolonged. At the same time， more and more anti-tumor treatment methods have been found to have cardiactoxicity， which has gradually increased people's understanding of anti-tumor treatment related cardiactoxicity and increased clinical interest. However， due to interdisciplinary reasons， there is still insufficient understanding. This article summarizes the manifestations， mechanisms， prevention， and treatment of cardiactoxicity caused by common anti-tumor treatments.
