【摘要】 目的：探究金水宝胶囊联合非奈利酮在2型糖尿病合并慢性肾病治疗中的应用价值。方法：将2022年10月—2023年3月景德镇市第三人民医院收治的2型糖尿病合并慢性肾病患者80例按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在上述治疗方案上加用金水宝胶囊联合非奈利酮。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、肾功能及炎症因子水平。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后观察组的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白均高于对照组，但两组之间差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后观察组β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(Cys C)和血肌酐(Scr)水平均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：金水宝胶囊联合非奈利酮在2型糖尿病合并慢性肾病治疗中的应用价值较高，可改善肾功能，同时还能降低炎症因子。
