【摘要】 目的：探究苦参汤熏洗对混合痔患者外剥内扎术后疼痛与促炎因子的影响。方法：前瞻性选取90例2021年6月—2024年4月在乐平市中医医院接受外剥内扎术治疗的混合痔患者，随机分为常规组和试验组，各45例，常规组给予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗，试验组给予苦参汤熏洗，均治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善时间、肛门功能及促炎因子[白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平，并比较两组治疗第3、7、14天肛周疼痛评分。结果：试验组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后，试验组的创面愈合时间、坠胀感消失时间、疼痛消失时间、止血时间均短于常规组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后试验组肛管舒张压、静息压、最大收缩压均较常规组高，肛管高压带长度较常规组短(Plt;0.05)；治疗后试验组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于常规组(Plt;0.05)，治疗第3、7、14天，试验组肛周疼痛评分均低于常规组(Plt;0.05)。结论：混合痔患者外剥内扎术后进行苦参汤熏洗疗效良好，能显著缓解肛周疼痛，降低炎症反应，缩短症状改善时间，改善肛门功能。
