【摘要】 目的：探讨针刺董氏奇穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果，以期为临床治疗提供依据。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年8月萍乡市中医院针灸科明确诊断腰椎间盘突出症的患者60例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组采用常规针灸治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用董氏奇穴治疗。共治疗14 d，比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分指标、活动功能指标、腰椎功能指标及炎症指标。结果：研究组总有效率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。治疗后，两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)与治疗前比较均下降，日本骨科协会(JOA)评分与治疗前比较均升高，且研究组均优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。治疗后，两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均较治疗前明显下降，且研究组均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者实施针刺董氏奇穴治疗，可减轻患者疼痛和炎症反应，改善腰椎活动功能，提高活动度及临床疗效。
