【摘要】 目的：探讨老年髋部骨折患者术前心脏超声分级检查的流程设计与应用。方法：回顾性分析2020年12月—2023年12月于景德镇市第三人民医院行手术治疗的80例老年髋部骨折患者的临床资料，根据收治时间将患者分为对照组(n=39，术前心脏超声检查不实施分级检查流程)、研究组(n=41，术前心脏超声检查采取分级检查流程)。比较两组心脏超声预约等待时间、术前等待时间、住院时间和心脏超声检查满意度，以及术后心脏相关并发症发生情况。结果：研究组心脏超声预约等待时间、术前等待时间、住院时间分别为(1.51±0.41)、(2.03±0.56)、(4.96±0.84)d，均短于对照组的(1.89±0.35)、(2.68±0.60)、(6.27±1.03)d，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。研究组检查等待时间满意度、心脏超声检查体验满意度分别为97.56%、95.12%，均明显高于对照组的82.05%、79.49%，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组术后心脏相关并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论：术前心脏超声分级检查可以缩短老年髋部骨折患者心脏超声预约等待时间、术前等待时间和住院时间，提高患者满意度。
