【摘要】 临床多主张以药物、针灸、心理干预及中医传统康复手段等治疗卒中后抑郁。随着医学科学的发展，近年来卒中后抑郁治疗取得了进展。中医导引术作为新兴的康复治疗手段，从“导引”概念萌芽至今，得到了不断地升华和补充，并持续指导着新的研究方向。本文通过对中医导引术的作用机制及临床观察研究的综合论述，介绍了中医导引术治疗卒中后抑郁的应用价值和发展方向。
