【摘要】 随着全球人口老龄化的加剧,越来越多人群被诊断为骨质疏松症,其特点是骨密度降低和骨微结构退化,从而导致骨折风险显著增加,进一步增加患者的精神和经济负担。而机会性筛查可在不增加患者经济、辐射负担下定量监测骨质变化情况,近来受到越来越多的关注。人工智能技术在医学影像诊断领域的应用发展迅速,特别是对骨质疏松症患者的早期、特异性诊断和后续风险评估具有重要的作用。基于此,本文对近年来人工智能在骨质疏松症患者机会性CT筛查中的研究进展进行综述。【关键词】 人工智能 骨质疏松症 机会性筛查 计算机断层扫描
