骨膜蛋白在心肌梗死后心室重塑中的研究进展
【摘要】 心肌梗死后心室重塑是由于心肌造成大量心肌细胞死亡和心肌组织损失,心脏为了适应变化从而调节心肌组织结构和功能的过程。心室重塑是影响心肌梗死预后的重要因素之一。骨膜蛋白参与调节细胞黏附、细胞分化等过程,在心肌梗死后的心室重塑中发挥重要作用,通过研究其作用机制,有助于骨膜蛋白成为心肌梗死预后的诊断标志物及治疗靶点。本文就骨膜蛋白在心肌梗死后心室重塑中的研究进展做一综述。【关键词】 骨膜蛋白 心肌梗死 心肌纤维化

[Abstract] Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is a process in which the heart adjusts the structure and function of myocardial tissue in order to adapt to the changes caused by the death of a large number of myocardial cells and the loss of myocardial tissue. Ventricular remodeling is one of the important factors affecting the prognosis of myocardial infarction. Periosteum protein is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and cell differentiation, and plays an important role in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. By studying its mechanism of action, periosteum protein can become a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for the prognosis of myocardial infarction. This article reviews the research progress of periosteum protein in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. ......
