【摘要】 目的：探讨活血止痛胶囊联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法：选择2023年3月—2024年8月在武威市凉州医院就诊的84例LDH患者，用随机数字表法分为常规组(活血止痛胶囊)、观察组(针灸+活血止痛胶囊)，各42例。比较两组疗效、腰痛程度、腰椎功能、症状改善情况、炎症反应。结果：观察组临床总有效率比常规组高，视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、膝腿无力、下肢放射痛、腰部疼痛评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均比常规组低，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：活血止痛胶囊、针灸联合治疗LDH能减轻炎症反应，改善腰椎功能，缓解腰痛，改善临床症状。
