【摘要】 目的：探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、D-二聚体(D-D)在主动脉夹层患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年12月湖南中医药大学附属益阳中心医院收治的101例主动脉夹层患者纳入主动脉夹层组，另选取同期50例健康体检者纳入对照组，检测并比较两组血清PCT、D-D水平，比较不同临床特征主动脉夹层患者血清PCT、D-D水平，并绘制受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清PCT、D-D对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。结果：主动脉夹层组血清PCT、D-D水平均高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。合并高血压主动脉夹层患者血清PCT、D-D水平均高于未合并高血压患者，Standford分型为A型主动脉夹层患者血清PCT、D-D水平均高于Standford分型为B型患者(Plt;0.05)；不同性别、年龄、体重指数主动脉夹层患者血清PCT、D-D水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示，血清PCT、D-D诊断主动脉夹层的AUC分别为0.843、0.901，敏感度分别为88.1%、89.1%，特异度分别为62.0%、70.0%。结论：血清PCT、D-D在主动脉夹层患者中表达水平升高，可作为预测主动脉夹层发生的敏感血清学指标。
