【摘要】 增强型体外反搏(enhanced external counterpulsation,EECP)作为一种非侵入性的辅助循环技术,在心血管疾病的临床治疗中占据了重要的地位,尤其针对冠心病、心力衰竭、缺血性心肌病及难治性心绞痛等疾病的治疗。国际上已广泛普及EECP的临床应用,随着我国对心脏康复重要性的认识,近些年也建立了许多心脏康复中心,EECP在心血管疾病的治疗与康复过程中扮演着日益关键的角色。本文综述EECP在冠心病治疗中的内在机制与临床应用的研究进展,旨在为EECP在冠心病康复领域的进一步应用与发展提供坚实的理论依据与指导。【关键词】 增强型体外反搏 冠心病 动脉粥样硬化 心脏康复

[Abstract] As a non-invasive assisted circulatory technique, enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) plays an important role in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases, especially for the treatment of coronary heart disease, heart failure, ischemic cardiomyopathy and refractory angina. The clinical application of EECP has been widely popularized internationally. With the recognition of the importance of cardiac rehabilitation in China, many cardiac rehabilitation centers have been established in recent years, and EECP plays an increasingly critical role in the treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases.
