【摘要】 目的：评价老年糖尿病肾病(DN)患者使用厄贝沙坦联合海昆肾喜胶囊的临床效果及血糖水平改善效果。方法：选择2021年12月—2023年6月辽宁省金秋医院肾内科诊疗的80例老年DN患者，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各40例。对照组予以厄贝沙坦治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗。对比两组血糖水平、血管内皮功能参数、临床症状评分、肾功能指标。结果：相比对照组，研究组治疗后血糖水平、血管内皮功能参数、临床症状评分、肾功能指标均更低，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：厄贝沙坦联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗老年DN临床效果显著，可有效降低患者血糖水平，改善血管内皮功能，缓解临床症状，并保护肾功能。
