【摘要】 目的：观察B超引导结合正骨手法复位在胫骨骨折闭合复位髓内固定术中的效果及安全性。方法：将重庆中医药学院附属垫江医院骨四科2022年6月—2023年6月收治的胫骨骨折患者60例以随机数字表法分为两组，试验组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规胫骨骨折闭合复位髓内钉内固定术，试验组采用B超引导结合正骨手法进行闭合复位髓内钉固定术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中C臂机透视次数、住院时间、术后3个月功能康复优良率、术后并发症发生情况。结果：试验组术中出血量、透视次数均少于对照组，手术时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组住院时间比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。试验组优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较(3.33% vs 6.67%)，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论：B超引导结合正骨手法在胫骨骨折闭合复位髓内钉术中具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术中透视次数少、术后功能康复快等优势。
