【摘要】 目的：探讨自拟加味化痰通络汤联合温和灸对气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期患者肌张力水平及肢体运动功能的影响。方法：选取2022年5月—2023年12月中山市黄圃人民医院收治的80例气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各40例。对照组采用西医结合电针治疗，试验组在此基础上给予自拟加味化痰通络汤联合温和灸治疗，两组连续治疗3周。比较两组临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)及?改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分。结果：试验组总有效率较对照组高(Plt;0.05)。治疗前，两组FMA、MBI、SS-QOL及MAS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后，试验组FMA、MBI、SS-QOL评分均高于对照组，MAS评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：自拟加味化痰通络汤联合温和灸可提高气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期患者临床疗效，保护患者脑神经，改善肌张力和肢体运动功能，提高生活能力和生活质量。
