【摘要】 目的：探究宫颈提拉式缝合术联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中子宫下段出血的效果。方法：根据不同治疗方法将上饶市立医院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的82例瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇分为试验组和对照组，各41例。对照组接受常规缝合止血术，试验组在对照组基础上接受宫颈提拉式缝合术联合卡前列甲酯栓。比较两组手术一般情况、术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况。

    结果：试验组手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量、术后24 h出血量均显著少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。试验组患者均未接受输血，对照组血浆、红细胞悬液输入量分别为(312.96±33.74)mL、(562.45±68.81)mL。试验组住院时间、血性恶露持续时间、月经复潮时间均显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(7.32% vs 14.63%，Pgt;0.05)。结论：宫颈提拉式缝合术联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中子宫下段出血的效果显著，能有效减少出血量和输血量，促进术后康复。
