【摘要】 目的：探究穴位贴敷联合中药熏洗对混合痔患者术后创面水肿及疼痛评分的影响。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的88例混合痔患者，随机分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(穴位贴敷+中药熏洗)，各44例。比较两组恢复指标、疼痛评分、创面水肿情况及并发症发生率。结果：干预3、5、7 d后，观察组创面水肿、疼痛评分均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。观察组各项症状缓解时间均早于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：穴位贴敷联合中药熏洗应用于混合痔中，可减轻患者疼痛、水肿度，促进恢复，降低并发症风险。
