【摘要】 心力衰竭(HF)是各种心脏疾病的终末期阶段，不仅发病率逐年上升，其再入院率和死亡率也居高不下。中医外治法在治疗HF方面有着独特的优势，其操作简单、价格低廉，安全且行之有效。本文通过对针灸、推拿按摩、穴位贴敷、传统功法、中药足浴、耳穴压籽等极具中医特色的外治法在HF治疗中的应用进行系统归纳总结，为今后HF的治疗提供更多的参考。

    [Abstract] Heart failure (HF) is the end stage of various heart diseases， not only the incidence rate is increasing year by year， but also the readmission rate and mortality rate remain high. Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment has unique advantages in the treatment of HF， which is simple in operation， low in price， safe and effective. This paper systematically summarizes the application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in the treatment of HF， such as acupuncture and moxibustion， manipulation and massage， acupoint application， traditional health preservation exercises， traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and auricular point seed pressing， so as to provide more reference for the treatment of HF in the future. ......
