    [Abstract]Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique combined with intraoperative B-ultrasound navigation in laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy surgery for hepatocellular carcinoma.Method： A total of 98 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery，Xinyu Hospital Afiliated to Nanchang University from July 2019 to March 2024 were taken as the study objects.According todiffrent treatmentmethods， the patients were divided into observation group (n=52) and control group n =46).
