    [Abstract]Objective：To investigatethe therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined with Quetiapine onadolescentfirst-episode depression.Method：A total of 80adolescent first-episode depression patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun City from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into controlgroup and study groupaccrding torandom number table method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets， and the study group was treated with tDCS on the basis of the control group.Self-rating depression scale (SDS)and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD)were used to evaluate thedepresson status of the patients； symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90)was used to evaluate the mental symptoms of the patients.The sleep quality of patients was assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI).The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result： Before treatment ......
