    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect of anatomic locking plate and suture anchor fixation in the treatment of Neer Ilbdistalclavicle fracture.Method： The study subjects were selected as106patients with Neer Ibdistal claviclefracture admitted to theDepartment of Orthopedics of theFirst AfiliatedHospitalof Jinzhou Medical University from June 202 to May 2024， and they weredivided into the observation group and the control group with 53 patients in each groupaccording to the diffrent treatmentmethods.The control group was treated with suture anchor fixation， and the observation group was treated with anatomic locking plate internal fixation.
