    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application efect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)combined with graded language training in patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction.Method： From January2023to June2024，80 patients withaphasia after cerebralinfarctionwho receivedrehabilitation treatment at theHongqi Hospitalof Mudanjiang Medical University were selected.Using random number table method， they were grouped.The control group (40cases)received gradedlanguage training，and the experimental group (40 cases) receivedrTMSonthis basis.After 6weeks of treatment，thetwo groups were compared intermsofefficacy，aphasia battery of chinese (ABC)scores，chinese functional communication profile (CFCP)scores，communication activities of daily living(CADL)scores，national institutesof health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores and36-item shortform health survey (SF-36)scores beforeand after treatment.Result：Thetotal effectiverates in the experimental group and the control group were 92.50% and 75.00% ......
