    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the efect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation on postoperative stressandvolumereductionrateofpatients withmixed thyroidnodules.Method：Atotalof 100patients with mixed thyroid nodules admitted to theFifth Hospital of Nanchang from January 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into ethanol ablation group (n=47) and radiofrequency ablation group (n=53) according to different microtraumatic treatment methods.The ethanol ablation group underwent ultrasound-guided anhydrous ethanol ablation， and the radiofrequency ablation group underwent ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation.
