    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the influence of Aegisy retrievable vena cava filter on blood routine indexes and the incidence of pulmonary embolism (PE)in patients with superior vena cava system thrombosis. Method： A total of 90 patients with superior vena cava system thrombosis treated in Zibo Expo High-tech Hospital fromJanuary2021toDecember2023were selectedanddividedinto venacava filter group(n=47)andconventional group ( n =43) according to different treatment methods.The vena cava filter group was treated by Aegisy recyclable vena cava filter implantation.The conventional group only received conventionalanticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy.The platelet count (PLT)，hemoglobin (Hb)，hematocrit (HCT)，thecure rate of thrombosis and the incidence of PE were observed before and after treatment.The success rate， recovery rate and incidence of adverse reactions of filter implantation in thevena cava filter group werecalculated.
