    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with Phloroglucinol on postpartum urinary retention.Method： A total 80 parturient with postpartum urinary retention admittedto from June2022 to March 2024were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group， with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phloroglucinol intravenous injection，and the study group was treated with pelvicfloor magnetic stimulationon the basis thecontrol group.Theclinicaleffcacy，residualbladdervolume，quality life，incidence adverse reactions and satisfactionwere compared between the two groups.Result：Thetotaleffctive rate the study group was higher than that the control group， the difference was statistically significant ( P lt;0.05).
