    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical effct of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with auricular point pressing therapy in thetreatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (PDPN).Method： A total of 76 patients with PDPN treated in the Endocrinology Department of Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 38 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment，the control group was given Lipoic Acid Injection combined with Mecobalamin Tablets，and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with auricularpointpressing therapy treatment on thebasis ofthecontrolgroup.Blood glucose control before and after treatment，clinicaleficacyand incidenceofadverse reactions betweenthetwo groups were compared.Result：Thetotal clinical effectiverateoftheobservationgroup was significantlyhigherthanthat ofthecontrol group ......
