    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate theeffct of fire needle combined with Thalidomide on skinlesions and quality of life of patients with prurigo nodularis (PN).Method： A total of 80PN patients admitted to the Department of Dermatology，Fengcheng Third People's Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method， with 40 cases in each group.The control grouptook Thalidomide Tablets orally，andthe treatment group was treated with fire needle onthe basis of the control group. The skin lesions， serum biochemical factors [tumor necrosis factor (TNF)- α ，substance P (SP) and interleukin (IL)-6]，qualityof life[dermatology lifequality index(DLQI)]and mental and psychological state [Beck anxiety inventory (BAl)Beckdepresson inventory (BDI)，Pitburgh sleepqualityindex (PSQI)and perceived stress scale(PSS)scores]beforeandafter treatment ......
