    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the application value of Xiaoyao Powder combined with Suanzaoren Decoction in patients with menopausalinsomnia.Method：A total of 96 patients with menopausal insomnia admitted to from December 2021 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random numbertable method， with 48cases ineach group.Thecontrol group was given routine treatment， and the observation group was additionaly administered Xiaoyao Powder combined with Suanzaoren Decoction.Theclinicalefficacy，sleepqualityanxietyanddepression，qualityof lifeandtheoccurrenceofadverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.86% ， which was higher than 81.25% of the control group ( P lt;0.05). The sleep time [ (0.44±0.12 )scores]，fall asleep time[ 0.50±0.13 scores]， sleep quality [(0.84±0.25")scores]， daytime dysfunction [ 0.73±0.20) scores] ......
