Observation on the Effect Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Zaoren Anshen Capsules on Insomnia Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumor/LIANG Zhuhua， MEI Yaoguo.

    [Abstract]Objective：To explore thetherapeutic effect heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Zaoren Anshen Capsules on insomnia patients with advanced malignant tumor.Method：A total 60insomnia patients with advancedmalignant tumor admitted to Department General Intermal Medicine，the FifthPeople's Hospital Jiujiang from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomlydivided into control groupand experimental group，with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Zaoren Anshen Capsules treatment， thecontrol group only received heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD)，Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment，the total scores HAMD and HAMA and each dimension score PSQI in experimental groupswere significantly lower than thosebefore treatment，and those inexperimental group were lower than those in control group ( Plt;0.05 . Conclusion： Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Zaoren Anshen Capsules is anefectivemethod to treat insomnia patients withadvancedmalignant tumors ......
