    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with Dahuang umbilical compresson patients with diabetic constipation syndromeof Qi-Yin deficiency.Method：Atotal of 90patients with diabetic constipation syndromeof Qi-Yindeficiency treated in Gao'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selectedanddivided into two groups according tooddand even numbers，with 45 cases in each group.The control group receivedroutine intervention， and the observation groupreceived auricular point sticking combined with Dahuang umbilical compress intervention.The intervention effct，clinical symptoms， gastric hormone indexes[gastrin (GAS)，motilin (MTL)]and qualityof life[patient-assessmentof constipation quality of life (PAC-QOL)between thetwo groups werecompared.
