    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application value of artificial femoral head replacement (AFHR) inelderlypatients withintertrochantericfractureoffemur(IFF).Method：Atotalof 60elderly patients with IFF， all admitted to from January 2021 to June 2023， and were divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent proximal femoral nailantirotation (PFNA)intenal fixation，and theobservation group underwent AFHR.Surgical status，hip function，dailylivingabilitylowerlimbmotorfunction，qualityoflifeandcomplications werecomparedbetweenthe two groups.Result：Compared with the control group，the operation time inthe observation groupwas longer，getting out of bed was earlier and hospitalization was shorter， intraoperativeblood loss and postoperative drainage volume were more ( P lt;0.05).Compared with the control group， 6 months after surgery， Harris score ......
