    [Abstract]Objective：To analyzethe degreeof knee line change in patients after total knee arthroplasty and its correlation withanteriorknee pain.Method：Atotalof 80patients underwent total knee arthroplastyadmitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January to August 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.The kneeline of patients was measured before surgery and12months aftersurgery，andthedegreeof kneelinechange wascalculated.Feller score and Americankneesociety score (KSS)were evaluated before surgery and 12 months after surgery，and the correlationbetweenanteriorkneepainandthedegreeofkneelinechange aftertotalkneearthroplasty was analyzed.
