    [Abstract]Objective： To analyze the evaluate value of serum human chorionic gonadotrophin， antiMullerian hormone (AMH) and progesterone combined detection in gravida with threatened abortion.Method：A total of 1O1 gravida with threatened abortion admitted to Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospitalfrom January 2021 to October 2023 were analyzed retrospectively， and were divided into group P (pregnancy failure， n=42 ) and group C(continue the pregnancy，n=59)according to the pregnancy outcomes.The levels of serum human chorionic gonadotrophin，AMH and progesterone were compared between thetwo groups，and the predictive value of single and combined detection of the three in gravida with threatened abortion were analyzed.The influencing factors of pregnancy outcome in gravida withthreatenedabortion was analyzed.Result：There were no significantdiffrences in age， gestational week， body mass index before pregnancy ......
