    [Abstract]Objective：To analyzethe results of pathogenculture and antimicrobialresistance inthe purulent secretions of patients with perianal abscess.Method： Sixty patients withperianalabscess admitted to Guizhou Architectural Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023were selected， and their purulent secretion samples were collectedforbacterial culture byMICmethod， and thedistributionofpathogenicbacteria and theresults of drug sensitivitywereanalyzed.Result：Inthepurulent secretions specimensof 60patientswith perianalabsces，atotalof 68 pathogenic strains were detected， among these， 51 Gram-negative bacteria strains，the detection rate was 75.00% (51/68)， it included 19 strains (27.94% )Escherichia coli， 14 strains (20.59% )Klebsiella pneumoniae， 8 strains (11.76% Pseudomonas aeruginosa， 3 strains (4.41%) Enterobacter cloacae， 2 strains (2.94 % )Proteus common， 1 strain (1.47%) Flaudian citrate ......
