    [Abstract]Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive system，the incidence of malignant tumors inthe worldranks thethird，thedeathrate isthesecond， andmostofthediscovery islate，causing agreatthreat tothe life and health ofpatients.The emergenceof immunecheckpoint inhibitorshas brought anew opportunity for systemic treatment of patients withadvanced colorectal cancer， showing a good application prospect， and hasbecome anew therapeuticstrategy.This article aims toreview theresearch status andprogressof immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
