    [Abstract]Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system. Its occurrence and development notonly dependon tumor parenchyma，but also is closelyrelated to itssurvival environment， the tumor microenvironment (TME). With the deepening of anti-tumor research targeting TME， more and more studies have found that the treatmenttargeting TME has significant advantages，and Cinobufotalin can achieve anti-tumor effect by influencing TME.This article mainly reviews theeffects of common components of tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) and T cells in CRC TME and Cinobufotalin on CRC TME.
