    [Abstract]Colorectal cancer (CRC)is one the malignant tumors with high incidence rate and mortality worldwide.Its complexity and high metastasis have brought great challenges to treatment.Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)，asone the most important factors stimulating angiogenesis， plays acrucialrole in the occurrence， development， metastasis， and prognosis CRC.
