    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application effct high definition transcranial direct current stimulation (HD-tDCS)combined with repetitive facilitative exercise (RFE)on stroke patients in recovery period. Method：Atotal123 strokehemiplegia patients inrecovery periodtreated intheFirst Hospital Shanxi Medical University from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into conventional group， HD-tDCS group and combined intervention group by random number table method， with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine rehabilitation training，the HD-tDCS group received routine rehabilitation training and HD-tDCS intrvention， and thecombined intervention groupreceived HD-tDCS combined RFE intervention on the basis the conventional group.The limb hemiplegia degree (Brunnstrom stage)，hand function[action research arm test (ARAT)]， upper limb motor function [Fugl-Meyer assessment upper limb (FMA-UL)] ......
