    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect of Huoxue Fuyuan Capsules combined with Denosumab in the treatment of postmenopausal patients with osteoporotic rib fractures.Method： A total of 180 postmenopausal patients with osteoporotic rib fractures admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into three groups，with 60 patients ineach group.The control group 1 was treated with HuoxueFuyuan Capsules，the control group 2 was treated with Denosumab， and theobservation group was treated with Huoxue Fuyuan Capsules combined with Denosumab.Allthree groups were treated for one year.
