    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical effct of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy and hardureteroscopy for patients withupper ureteralcalculi.Method：Atotalof116patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to Ulanqab CentralHospital were retrospectivelyanalyzed and studied from January 2021 to January 2024.
