    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect of nasal high-flow humidification oxygen therapy combined with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol on patients withacute respiratory failure.Method：Theclinical data of 72 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.， LTD.Central Hospital from July2021to July 2023 were retrospectivelyanalyzed.The patients were divided into different groups according to diffrent treatment methods.36 patients treated with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol were used as control group， and 36 patients treated with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol plus nasal high-flow humidification oxygen therapy were used asobservation group.
