    [Abstract]Objective：To observe the eicacy and safety of Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with Cefuroxime， Vitamin Cforacute pharyngitis with pattern of external contraction of wind-heat.Method：A total of 60 patients with acute pharyngitis with pattern of external contraction of wind-heat admitted to Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from November 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 30 cases in each group.
