    [Abstract]Objective： To analyze theclinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO)combined with locking compression plate (LCP)internal fixation in the treatment of patients with distal tibial fractures.Method： A total of 103 patients with distal tibial fracture admitted to Longnan First People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group ( n =50) and observation group (n=53) by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation， and the observation group was treated with MIPPO + LCP internal fixation.Operativeparameters，activityofdailylivingscale(ADL)score，treatment effectandpostoperative complications between the two groups were compared.
