    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yixinshu Tablets combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of stableangina pectoris (SAP)complicated with hyperlipidemia.Method：A totalof 153 patients with SAP complicated withhyperlipidemia admitted to Shijingshan Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University (Beijing Shijingshan Hospital)from January 2022 to October 2024 were selectedand divided into the combination group，control group1 and control group 2 according to random number table， with 51 cases in each group.The combination group was treated with Yixinshu Tabletscombined with Rosuvastatin，thecontrol group l was treated with Rosuvastatin， and the control group 2 was treated withYixinshuTablets， allof whichwere treated for8 weeks.
