    [Abstract]Objective： To study the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodiuminthe treatment ofpatients withendometritis.Method：This study was completedbyrandomizedcomparison method.70 patients with endometritis whowere admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into study group (n=35)and control group (n=35) by case random drawing method. The control group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium， while the study group was treatedwith Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The clinical effect， duration of clinical symptom remisson， WHOQOL-BREF scores， levels of correlation factors and incidence of adverse reactions were comparedbetweenthetwo groups.Result：Theclinicaltotaleectiverateofthestudy groupwashigherthan thatof the control group， the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05) .
