    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the effect of composite injury vertebral nail placement in the treatment of spinal fractures during pedicle screw internal fixation.Method：Atotal of10O patients with spinalfractures treated at Beijing Huairou HospitalfromJanuary 2022 toDecember 2023 were selected andrandomly dividedinto acontrol group (traditional open posterior pedicle screw internal fixation) and a study group (composite injury vertebral nail placement during pedicle screw intermalfixation)using a random number table method， with 50 cases in each group.Theclinicalindicators，recovery of injuredvertebrae，stress indicators，pain degre，functionalrecoveryand complications were compared between the two groups.
