    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effcacy and safety Ginkgolide Injection combined with Citicoline SodiumTablets in thetreatment cerebral infarction convalescence period.Method： A total 108 cerebral infarction convalescence period patients admitted to Fengcheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 54 cases ineach group.The control group was treated with Citicoline SodiumTablets， andtheobservation group was treatedwith GinkgolideInjection combined with Citicoline Sodium Tablets.The clinicaleffcacy，neurological function，functionalrehabilitation status，serum inflammatory mediators，oxidative stress indexes and incidence adversereactions werecompared between the two groups.Result：The totalefective rate the observation group was higher than that the control group ......
