    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effct of combination dialysis combined with low-dose Calcitriol on renalosteopathy inpatients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Method：Atotalof80patients withmaintenance hemodialysis and renal osteopathy who were diagnosed and treated in the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou were selected as the research subjects fromOctober 2022 to August 2023.According tothe random number table method， they were divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group (40 cases).The control group was treated with combination dialysis + Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3， while the observation group was given combination dialysis + low-dose Calcitriol.
